Shrink sleeves provide a tamper evident seal for bottles, jugs or other container spouts.
All sleeves can be sold in roll form or individually cut.
When heat is applied, the sleeves shrink and conform to the bottle neck and cap, thereby making it impossible to open the bottle without destroying the sleeve. We offer a wide variety of holographic shrink sleeves such as 360 holographic full sleeve, holographic strips for all sleeves. The holographic strip provides added security to authenticate the tamper evident sleeve, as well as security features such as micro perforation, holographic micro text and images and many more forms of encrypted information.
Application and Production Process:
- We measure the container of our clients and approve the correct layflat size depending on whether it’s the shrink sleeve of the neck or the body of the container.
- Together with our clients and designers we decide on the design of the shrink sleeve.
- Choose whether to add a holographic strip or not.
- Decide to add perforation for easy opening or not.
- Choose for the sleeves to be pre-cut or in rolls.
- They are applied with heat either through a heat tunnel or manual heat application such as a heat gun.
- Shrink sleeves take the required shape perfectly and protect the product and packaging.
